Via Cordata of Trou du Renard in the Verdon Gorge

- Meeting with the instructors in La Palud-sur-Verdon

- Drive to the starting point of the via cordata of the Trou du Renard

- Equipment and safety briefing

- Approximately 2.5 hours of the via cordata of the Trou du Renard with, among other things, a zip line, jumps and abseils (the first one is done with the help of the instructors, while the following ones can be done independently)

- End of the course, de-equipping and debriefing

People suffering from vertigo are not advised to participate in this activity.
