Surfing Lessons in Trois-Bassins, Reunion Island

Located on the west coast of Reunion Island at La Saline-les-Bains, the Ecole de Surf de la Réunion now offers surfing lessons on the waters south of the Saint-Gilles lagoon. Something to please all those in search of adrenaline!

Your instructor will meet you at the Trois-Bassins spot to brief you on the activity and, above all, to check that the shark watches are watching the waters of the Trois-Bassins beach! Indeed, the risk of sharks is always present in Reunion Island. If there is not enough visibility on the ocean or if the shark watches are absent, the surfing lesson at Trois-Bassins will not be possible and will have to be postponed, or replaced by a stand-up paddle activity in the lagoon of Saint-Gilles. Your safety is the most important thing, as is your enjoyment of surfing in Reunion Island in optimal conditions!

So, if all the weather and safety conditions are met, you can get on your surfboard and ride the waves of the west coast of the island! Your qualified and experienced instructor will be there to guide and advise you so that you can improve your skills in this exciting sport. It is up to you to choose whether you prefer to participate in a group class (up to 8 students) or private one-on-one with the instructor.
