Les Sables d'Olonne is only about forty kilometres from La Roche-sur-Yon and has several beaches that are ideal for learning to surf in the Vendée. Between the Grande plage des Sables d'Olonne, the beach of Tanchet, the beach of Sauveterre or the beach of the Granges further north towards Brem-sur-Mer, there are many spots where you can find the best waves to surf in Les Sables d'Olonne! You will take part in a surfing lesson with a qualified instructor for about 2 hours, of which 1.5 hour is spent in the water. Practical information

Course of events

- Meeting with the instructor on the chosen spot and confirmed with him (3/4 days before the day of the activity)

- Equipment followed by a warm-up and a briefing on the beach

- Session in the water for 1.5 hour

- Debriefing at the end of the session, de-equipping and storage of equipment

Activity requirements

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.
