- Meeting point at Octopus Glisse - Plage des Granges, 85340.
- Welcome and briefing by your instructor on the activity, the equipment and the safety rules.
- Distribution and setting up of the equipment.
- Warm up on the beach.
- Surfing lessons and application of the techniques taught by the instructors.
- Return to the Octopus Glisse office, de-equipping and debriefing.
