In the north of Tenerife, near Santa Cruz de Tenerife, you will find the Anaga Rural Park: a mountain massif that hides deep and steep ravines covered with laurel forest, an endemic flower that can only be found in the Canary Islands, Madeira and the Azores. Paragliding is a non-motorised aerial sport in which the pilot flies a wing taking advantage of the air currents. It is an activity suitable for all the family. You can choose between beginner or intermediate level, but no previous experience is required for either, as you will be accompanied by a certified professional expert in the area who will ensure that the activity runs smoothly. All you have to do is follow the instructions, don't be afraid of heights and let's fly!

You will meet the paragliding instructors at Roque de las Bodegas beach. From there you will go to Taganana, the chosen location for paragliding. You will enjoy the best panoramic views of the Anaga Rural Park at a height varying between 100 and 400 metres above sea level, a completely different and unforgettable view of Tenerife! The flight will last between 10 and 25 minutes depending on the option you choose, the wind conditions and your weight.
