Come and join this half day freediving introduction course. During this half day, you will learn basic freediving techniques to enable you to snorkel at depth so that you can observe the marine life closer!

Practical information
During the course you will be have:
- 1 breathing and relaxation session
- 1 dry breath hold session
- 1 theory session
- 1 open water session
You will start at around 9 am by learning to breathe correctly for freediving, how to use your breathing to relax and you will try a dry breath-hold.
Then, during a short theory session, you will learn about the most important safety-related issues associated with freediving.
Finally, in the open water you will practice descending on a line, while working on equalization, streamlining and relaxation.
All participants must be able to swim.
Minors must have parental consent.
