Practical information
This course lasts for 4 days, with approximately 4 hours per day.
*The duration of the course is 4 Days, from 10:30 to 14:30 every day. The exact itinerary will be communicated later.
- Arrive at the dive centre in Akrotiri, Santorini
- One theoretical course and one dive per day
- Theoretical courses in shallow water to learn how to use scuba gear and the best techniques underwater
- 4 open water dives from a boat with a maximum depth of 18m (59ft)
- On the last day, perform skills for the instructor
- Receive Open Water Diver certification
Basic swimming skills are required for this activity.
A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.
After booking you will need to provide the diving centre with the following information:
1. Names of all the participants
2. Height, weight and shoe size of each participant to arrange your equipment
3. Your diving certificate / level
4. Number of logged dives and last time you dived
