- Meet at La Vague Basque - Bd du Prince de Galles, 64200 Biarritz.
- Meeting with the instructor and briefing on the marine environment, equipment and safety rules.
- Distribution of equipment.
- Warm-up on the beach.
- Surf lesson lasting an hour and a half, starting with exercises and practice on the sand, followed by exercises and practice in the water.
- Review of the session and handing over of equipment.

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
