Freestyle Rollerblading Lesson in Montpellier

- Welcoming participants in the Domaine de Grammont car park and head for the skatepark

- Presentation of the practice in its entirety: associations / speakers and place of practice

- Presentation of safety rules while getting equipped

- Warming up

- Learning how to fall, working on reflexes

- Start of the lesson dedicated to what the participants want to learn according to their level and expectations

- De-equipping and stretching at the end of the session

The objectives will depend on the level of the participants: they can range from learning to brake to knowing how to go around a bend or over an obstacle.
