Freediving initiation day in Antibes

During your freediving initiation, you will do a dry and pool session in the morning and an ocean session in the afternoon. The team will welcome you at the center at 9 am. Once the introductions are made, you will be given a briefing on freediving in general.

Before starting the activity, you will participate in a ventilation and relaxation session to become aware of your breath and relax. This will be followed by :

- A first session of static freediving from the beach to practise ventilation and relaxation techniques;
- An introduction to diving in pairs and the application of some safety notions;
- Lunch break;
- An introduction to the disciplines of vertical freediving in the sea.

The return to the center will be around 5 pm and the day will end with a video debriefing.

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

BeFreeToDive offers you to certify yourself in the organization(s) you want (FFESSM, SSI, AIDA...). For this, a parental authorization for children under 16 years old is mandatory.

Once the discovery session is done, it is mandatory to be licensed FFESSM or AIDA (RC insurance...).
