Practical information
The Le Thor skatepark is a top-quality area for skateboard enthusiasts. The large concrete skatepark features a variety of elements including ramps, rails, steps and creative obstacles. With its fluid curves and impeccable transitions, the Le Thor skatepark offers a smooth and enjoyable skateboarding experience.
- Meet at Skatepark et City Stade du Thor - Route départementale 1, allée Jean Bouin, 84250 Le Thor.
- Welcome, presentation of your objectives and assessment of your level by the instructor.
- Distribution of equipment (if necessary).
- Equipment set-up.
- Warm-up.
- Skateboard lesson and application of the techniques taught by the instructor for 1 hour.
- Debriefing of your progress.
- Return of equipment.
For beginners:
- Learn to ride and move around on a skateboard.
- Learn to go down inclines.
- Learn your first tricks (ollie, etc.).
For intermediates :
- Work on different tricks (grab, kickflip, shovit, 50-50, etc.).
- Learn to dismount from quarters and drop kerbs.
- In addition, work on the 360 flip, the varial flip and the nose grind.
If necessary, Old Skullz Skateboard can provide the equipment, i.e. skateboard, helmet, elbow pads and knee pads.
