Freediving Discovery in Moorea

• Welcome at the Nemo'z diving centre located in the grounds of the former Intercontinental Hotel in Moorea
• Briefing on the course of the activity
• Theoretical part at the dive centre
• Distribution of freediving equipment and boarding the boat
• Navigation to the freediving site with a safety briefing
• Practice of freediving in calm, suitable waters
• Navigation back to the dive centre with a debriefing of the experience and your feelings about it
• Disembarkation, return of loaned equipment and end of the activity

• Learn more about the breathing cycle ‘breathe-up’, a preparatory breathing technique
• Understand the physiological effects of freediving on your body
• Refine your Free Immersion practice and discover the Constant Weight
• Practice the duck-dive, minimise the effort and make the right movements to reach a vertical position and cross the first few metres of the descent

All participants must know how to swim, have completed a first freediving course and not have any medical contraindications (ENT problems, heart failure, etc.) to take part in this activity.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this activity.

This activity is not accessible to people with mental/psychic/cognitive disabilities.
