Practical information

Course of events

- Arrival at meeting point and introduction to your guide

- Safety briefing and equipment gear-up

- 4x4 ride to canyoning starting point

- Swim, drink water from a spring, dive, abseil, and slide down naturally formed toboggans

- Ride back to meeting point

- Return of equipment and end of activity

Activity requirements

You must be able to swim (or at least be comfortable in the water).

If you suffer from vertigo (not fear of heights), canyoning is not necessarily recommended.

Good physical condition is essential for canyoning. The minimum requirement is to be able to walk easily for 2 hours on difficult terrain and to have stable feet.

You must wear one pair of sports shoes (without flat soles) for the canyoning activity. Shoes will get wet, so don't forget to take a second pair of shoes to change into after the activity.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant or disabled people.
