1.5 hour scenic flight tour around the southside of Denali and the Alaskan Range, including a glacial landing, from Talkeetna.

Course of events

-Check in at flight base

-Meet with guide

-Get equipped for glacial landing (if necessary)

-Relax on flight deck until departure time

-Receive safety and activity briefing

-Board plane

-Take off!

-Take in the scenery

-Glacier landing: deboard plane, explore by foot, reboard plane

-Return back to base

-Deboard plane

Activity requirements

Participants cannot weigh more than 375 lbs (170 kg).

A Denali National Park pass is required for participants over 15 years old - click here to purchase a pass.

Special terms

If you have an National Park Annual Pass or Senior Pass, it is valid for the Glacier Landing.

If you are joining one of the Denali National Park bus trips within seven days of your glacier landing trip, your entrance fee is covered.

Backpacks/purses cannot be taken onboard due to limited space, but can be left at the air base lodge.
