Practical information
Stand-up paddle excursion in Quiberon Bay or on the ocean side (depending on the day's weather conditions) for 2 hours.
- Meeting at the meeting point sent to you by text message the day before at the latest, with a Google Maps link
- Distribution of equipment and transport to the beach
- Briefing on land, technical explanations and safety instructions
- Test out the equipment, then launch the SUP boards
- Departure for a 2-hour stand-up paddle excursion, with regular breaks to allow you to enjoy the scenery and listen to the guide's comments on the flora and fauna
- Return to the beach, return your equipment and pack up
- Debriefing of the excursion and end of the activity
All participants must know how to swim and not be afraid to dive in to take part in this activity.
Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.
A minimum number of 4 participants is required to run this activity.
The instructor will text you the meeting point no later than the day before the excursion, with a Google Maps link.
This activity is not accessible to pregnant people and disabled people.
Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
In the event of bad weather conditions for SUP, sea kayaking may be offered as an alternative.
