Paragliding Flights over the North Coast of Tenerife

- Arrival at meeting point and introduction to your driver and pilot

- Ride over to the starting point of the flight for 50 minutes

- Fly from Teide National Park, over the Orotava Valley, Realejos, Santa Úrsula, and Puerto de la Cruz for about 25 to 35 minutes

- Land in Playa Jardín or Playa Martianez, depending on weather conditions

- Drive back to meeting point, if it's from Playa Martianez, 15 minutes; from Playa Jardín, 25 minutes

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

The maximum weight for this activity is 90kg.
