Canoe Kayak Rental on the Hérault River in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert

- Welcome at the Las Playas base in Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert

- Distribution of equipment and briefing on the activity and safety instructions

- Launch of canoes and kayaks in the river a few metres away

- Departure for a 4 km descent down the Hérault River (allow 1 to 1.5 hours non-stop, more if you plan to take breaks along the way)

- End of the trip at 6 p.m. maximum where a shuttle will be waiting to take you back to the base

- Return by shuttle to the base point (about a 5 to 10-minute drive), where you can return your equipment to end the activity

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

All children under 11 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the same kayak.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people.
