Course of events
Day 1:
- Meet your instructor at Sports Paradise - spiaggia planargia c/o camping villaggio l'ultima spiaggia, 08042 Bari Sardo NU, Italy.
- Briefing.
- 30-minute theoretical lesson and equipment.
- 1-hour practice on the shore.
- 30-minute practice in the water.
Day 2:
- Meet your instructor.
- 1-hour practice on the shore.
- 1-hour practice in the water.
- Return to the meeting point.
Your instructor will share the exact program with you on the first day.
Activity requirements
- The minimum age for this activity is 12 years old.
- Knowing how to swim is compulsory.
- You must be in good physical condition.
