Practical information
Jumps all bypassable: maximum height 6 metres
The Tusset offers more jumps than the Couloir Samson, but less swimming parts
- Meeting with the team at the Buena Vista Rafting base in Castellane (private car park on site)
- Equipment (wetsuit, etc.) in the changing rooms at the base, which also has toilets and showers
- Shuttle bus to Point Sublime in Rougon (approx. 25 minutes)
- 15-minute approach walk
- Briefing on the course of the aquatic hike and safety instructions
- Departure for a 1.5-hours aquatic hike in the Gorges du Verdon, in the heart of the Tusset course, with swimming, floating and optional jumps up to 6-metre high
- Leave the water at the end of the course at the Samson lookout, then take the 10-minute walk back to the shuttle
- Return to the base by shuttle bus (approx. 25-minute drive), de-equipping with the option of using the on-site showers, then end of the activity
Minimum height: 125 cm
All participants must know how to swim and put their head underwater to take part in this activity.
All children under 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Written parental authorisation is required for minors from 14 years old to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.
This activity is not accessible to pregnant people and disabled people.
