Course of events

6:30 - Departure from residence

8:15 am - The Niagara waterfall cascades into a large pool where you can enjoy a swim.

8:45 am - La Vanilleraie du Grand Hazier is located in the heart of an authentic Creole estate in Sainte-Suzanne.

11h00 - La Roche and the Pas de Cabris basaltic arch at Bois Blanc are among the most photographed sites on Réunion Island.

12:30 - L'Anse des Cascades, with its palm forest and waterfalls that flow into a small stream that empties into the Indian Ocean.

Lunch: Lunch or picnic ANSE DES CASCADES and discovery of the site

14h15 - The Church of Notre Dame des Laves in Sainte-Rose, miraculously preserved after being encircled by lava flows during the 1977 eruption.

15h15 - Port of Sainte-Rose, home to a large number of fishing boats

16h15 - The 152-meter-long Rivière de l'Est suspension bridge was the longest in the world when it was delivered in 1894.

Return to place of residence via the Nouvelle Route du Littoral (Saint Denis) OR route des plaines (depending on place of residence), arriving around 7.00 pm - weather and traffic permitting.
