- Meet at the starting point in Bohuslän
- The kayaking course begins!
- Learn the theory of kayaking
- Receive kayaking equipment (kayak, paddle, cockpit cover and life jacket) and safety instructions
- Travel to the water
- Practise basic skills
- Learn different kayaking techniques
- Return to the starting point in Bohuslän
