Practical information

Course of events

- Meeting with the instructor at the Into the Blue freediving base

- Equipment and briefing on the course of the activity

- Walk to the harbour (400 metres) to board the boat and reach the freediving site at Île Stagadon, around 15 minutes away by boat

- Launch for 1 hour and 15 minutes of freediving: at low tide, you will explore, and at high tide, you will practise freediving with a cable to perfect your skills

- Return to the boat and sail back to Landéda with a debriefing of the experience

- Walk back to base, de-equipping and planning of the future lessons before ending the activity

Activity requirements

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

You will be asked to provide a certificate stating that you are not contraindicated in the practice of freediving.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

A minimum number of 2 participants is required to run this activity.

Special terms

This activity is not accessible to pregnant or disabled people.

Freediving equipment is not included in the price of this activity: you will either have to bring your own freediving equipment or rent the complete set onsite for an extra €25.

Since wildlife is unpredictable, their presence is never guaranteed.
