- Stop at the dunes on the north shore where you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the whole dam.
- Enjoy the calm waters of the lagoon with the Stand Up Paddle boards.
- Visit the Atlantic beach area where you can swim in the waves of the lagoon.
- Local gastronomic tasting with its famous Farinha Torrada.
- Return to the meeting point.

Once your booking is confirmed you will be sent a message about the meeting time and place. You can meet your instructors at Meira Pro Center or you can select the included transfer from Lisbon.
Prices will vary depending on the time you choose.
At 9am it will cost €70 as it includes transport to the meeting place.
At 10am it will cost €45 as it does not include transport to the meeting place.
