Experience the quickest non-motorized flying method with this Superman zipline ride! By putting your head first, you may reach a maximum speed of 120 km/h and become your own Superman for a day, or at least for part of it! With a whole kilometer (more than 3000 feet) of pure exhilaration over an incredible Icelandic scenery, this experience is for thrill-seekers.
- Meet at the reception area by the Reykjadalur trailhead
- Receive safety instructions and equipment fitting
- Ride up the trail to the start of the Svartagljúfur canyon
- Enjoy a scenic 10-15 minute walk to the flight tower on Kambar
- Admire breathtaking views of the canyon along the way
- Briefing by the Zipline pilots at the flight tower
- Experience the exhilarating zipline descent
- Capture unforgettable moments with automatic cameras along the line
- Return to the reception area for gear drop-off and souvenir shopping
- Children (9 - 12) must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
- Minimum age is 9 years old
- Minimum weight is 30 kg (66 lbs) and maximum weight is 120 kg (265 lbs)
