- Arrive at the starting point at Ribersborg in Malmö
- Receive safety briefing and windsurfing equipment
- The windsurfing lesson begins!
- Continue practising windsurfing on the water
- Master sailing techniques and balance
- Return to Ribersborg Beach

Basic swimming skills are required for this activity.
