Activity requirements
All participants must know how to swim.
Minors must be accompained by an adult.
Mandatory: You must bring your own running footwear and an extra pair of shorts to wear over the wetsuit.
In case of having long hair, bring something to hold it with. You may also bring tight gloves if you wish (optional).
