Practical information
Arrive at the meeting point and meet the instructor
- Safety briefing and equipment loan
- Short shuttle journey to the upstream car park to start canyoning
- Arrival at the Ecouges 1 canyon and start of the activity
- Ecouges 1: 4 to 5 hours of descent: abseiling, slides, jumps
- Picnic lunch
- Ecouges 2: 2 to 3 hours of descent: abseiling, slides, jumps
- Return to the meeting point and end of the activity
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity.
Participants must be in good health and be able to walk 1h15 (uphill).
Please bring a picnic (preferably a sandwich or something non-fragile, compact. This will be put in a container).
Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.
Please arrive 5min before the beginning of the activity.
This activity is not accessible for pregnant or disabled people.
There are no obstacles to avoid. First experience of canyoning is recommended.
For this activity, water shoes are not allowed, you must have closed trainers in good condition.
