Practical information
During this course you will go into the water and put what you learnt on land into practice.
This course consists of 2 x 3 hour lessons.
Activity requirements
Minimum weight: 35 kg
All participants over 60 must provide a medical certificate from their GP dated within the last 3 months, stating that they are allowed to practice this activity.
