Practical information

Course of events

- Meeting with the instructors at Areínho River Beach (Canelas, Arouca) and briefing of the excursion.

- Start of the 8 km route along the Paiva footbridges passing the Garganta do Paiva, the Cascata das Aguieiras and crossing the suspended pedestrian bridge 516 Arouca.

- Return by jeep to the meeting point.
