Practical information
A classic course for 12-year-olds and over, with swimming and fun guaranteed, ideal for teenagers or adults looking for a bit of action: you will set off on the course used for the canoe kayak world cup, during which the team will give you a short sporty warm-up, including a jump from the rocks and a swim in the currents. You will return to the base by bus once you have completed the course.
Activity requirements
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity, as well as having no medical contraindications to taking part in the activity.
Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

Please note that Evolution 2 Thonon reserves the right to refuse any participant who is drunk or who is unsuitable for the activity for safety reasons.
