Practical information
You will meet with the team at the determined time and they will take you to the spot where the activity will take place. Once you're in the beach they will explain to you the basics and safety protocols of the lesson.
During 3 hours you'll learn the bascis of kitesurfing, assemble and dissassemble of the equipment and controlling the kite!
The session will be held in the beach, meaning you will not get into the water.
Introduction to kite flying
- Rig, launch and control small trainer kite
- Safety training
- Rig tube kite in 4 lines and practice controlled launching and landing
- Learn to use harness and de-power
- Re-launch kite independently
- Stand and slide on the beach using power from the kite
Minimum age: 10 years old.
Participants younger than 18 years old will need a written parental consent or be accompanied by their parents.
All participants must know how to swim.
The time can be changed depending on wind conditions, however the school would contact you directly a day before to confirm the starting times.
