Practical information
Programme:
- You will meet at the spot, where you will be introduced to your instructor and geared up
- You will have a briefing about your goals and the security protocols
- You will have an hour’s session with a coach guiding you
- You will return to the centre for a debrief and return the gear
Activity requirements
Know how to swim.
Do not have any particular physical problems to perform this activity.
Special terms
Opening date and times:
- 10th April to 30th June: 10am - 1pm and 2pm - 5.30pm - during this period wetsuits provided for free
- 1st July to 31st August: 8am - 7pm
- 1st September to 11th November - reservations only in the morning, they are open from 2pm - 5pm
