Practical information
A white-water excursion in a team of 4 or 6 people, with a guide supervising you from his own boat.
- Meet at Ohlala eaux vives - 1220 Rte de Lourdes, 64800 Montaut.
- Introduction to the instructor and tour of the centre.
- Equipment fitting.
- Shuttle bus journey to the launch area.
- Briefing by your instructor on equipment and safety rules.
- White water descent for 1h30 to 2 hours on the water with a guide supervising you from his own boat.
- Return journey by shuttle bus to the base.
- Shower in the changing rooms at the base.
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
You must be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.
A written parental authorisation is required for minors to take part in this activity.
This activity is weather dependent: if the activity cannot take place because of the weather, you will be offered another date or a refund.
