Practical information

This course consists of 4 surfing lessons, one a day, each lesson will last 2 hours.

Course programme:
- Warm up
- Stretch
- Understand the technical aspect of surfing
- Theory lesson
- Put what you learnt into practice in the water

Activity requirements

Minimum age: 7 years

All participants under 7 must provide written parental consent.

All participants must know how to swim autonomously.
