Freediving basic course in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote

- Arrival at the dive center at the time agreed upon.
- Theory, equipment operation, water behavior, and safety rules are all explained.
- A brief explanation of the dive center's operating rules, equipment distribution, and equipment.
- Board the boat.
- Get to the snorkeling location in the sea.
- 2 hours of fun in the water.
- Back to the dive shop.
- Diplomas are distributed.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All participants must know how to swim.

Participants must fill out a health form.

This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, or those suffering from epilepsy.
