Practical information
Surfing course for those with a little experience in this sport and have the ability to get to the line-up (area where the waves start to break) and surf the frontside and backside wave wall with a foam board in small waves.
The practical part in the water will be approximately 1.5/2 hours with a break between one hour and one hour, or as needed.
- Pick up from accommodation and transport to the beach where the course will take place.
- Presentation of Surfintrip, introduction to the day's programme (weather conditions, choice of surf spot, etc.) and distribution of equipment (board, leash, wetsuit, lycra and wax).
- Course sequence: warm-up, practical lesson on the beach, entry into the water under the supervision of the instructor, 15-minute break and return to the water.
- End of the course: cool down, stretching and comments on the course.
- Return to accommodation.
- Independently analyse sea forecasts based on significant parameters, interpret sea conditions independently and choose the best place to surf.
- Learn the theoretical technique of the basic manoeuvres: turtle roll, bottom turn, cut back and re-entry.
- Knowledge of the rules of priority in surfing and how to behave in case of falls (wipe out).
- Improve your technique compared to your initial level.
Good general health.
Know how to swim.
Previous surfing experience.
Video analysis for those who choose a minimum 5-day package.
The schedule of the day is subject to change, depending on weather and sea conditions and the client's needs.
