Practical information
This is a one week excursion to explore the deserted spots of Anguilla and its ilets, along with St Barths and St Martin.
You will discover some of the most beauitful beaches of the world right here in Anguilla, you will also visit the Nature Reserves of St Barths and St Martin. You journeys will take you to some extraordinary sites and will last between 30 minutes to 2 hours.
This 7 day and 6 night cruise allows kiters to really enjoy the incomparable spots around St Martin Anguilla and St Barths.
The cruise will start at 8.30am on the first day and will end 5.30pm on the last day.
Suggested itinerary:
Day 1
- You will embark at Orient Bay or Cul de Sac
You can either stock up on food or drink with the organisers (you’ll have to pay a supplement for the taxi) or you can bring your supplies with you
You can also eat lunch and/or dinner at restaurants (This is not included in the tariff), but it is imperative that have enough food to have breakfast on the boat
- Once you’re on the boat you will have a welcome cocktail with the Captain!
- You can start your trip with a kitesurfing excursion in Orient Bay – one of the best kitesurfing spots of the island
Day 2
- After a 1.5 hour boat ride you will arrive at Cove Bay (Anguilla), here you will find a long deserted beach with side winds, perfect for those of you looking to go upwind. You have the possibility of eating at Smokeys at Cove Bay.
Day 3
- You will sail to Sandy Island, a splendid deserted island with a small lagoon with flat water (offshore wind). There is a small area with waves and wind making the entire island a fantastic playground for kiters of all level.
- You will dock at Road Bay and possibily have lunch at Pumphouse that provides live music, after which you’ll have a huge kitesurfing session
Day 4
- Sail to Prickly Island, here you will find a protected lagoon with a small area with waves. There are also some fabulous snorkelling spots. You have the possibility of eating on the island, after which you’ll make your way to Saint Martin, Grand.
Day 5
- Cross the water to Ile Fourchue, situated on the way to St Barths. This small island is part of the Nature Reserve of St Barths, making it a must see spot. The underwater world here is exceptionally beautiful.
Day 6
- Once you have explored St Barths you will make your way to Tintamare – a wonder of St Barths’ Nature Reserve. You can swim with the turtles and in winter you’re sure to run into dolphins and whales.
Day 7
- Make your way back, bringing your adventure to an end at 5.30pm
- Enjoy yourself while you discover the magnificent spots in the turquoise waters of the Caribbean
- Improve your skills in perfect kitesurfing conditions: wind, white sand beach, sandbank, paradisiac islands
For those of you who aren't kitesurfing, there are paddle boards, snorkelling and lots of R&R to be enjoyed!
This cruise is reserved for autonomous kiters.
You can hire a chef and a hostess to accompany you on your cruise for an additional charge of €130 per day (you will still need to bring food with you as the chef will be using your products).
