Practical information

Tick off your bucket list this once-in-a-lifetime hike to conquer the summit of Snowdon known in Welsh as Yr Wyddfa and explore this nature reserve with its unique flora and fauna. You’ll reach the highest point in the British Isles outside of the Scottish Highlands and at 1,085m (3,560ft) above sea level it’s no mean feat. Located in the Snowdonia National Park, this peak is the busiest mountain in the United Kingdom and the third most visited attraction in Wales.

The group hikes are offered nearly every day of the year between April and October. You also have the option to book a private tour on alternative routes. Experienced guides will chat with you in advance and ensure you’ve got the right gear for an enjoyable hiking tour. On the day itself, you’ll meet your Snowdon guide at the start point who’ll lead you safely to the summit (and back again!) and supply you with entertaining facts and jokes along the way.

Whether you’re doing it for charity, with a group of friends, as a family outing or just for your own pleasure, you can be ensured that you will put the planning of your amazing hiking adventure into good hands. You’ll be accompanied by qualified and experienced mountain guides who are fully insured and hold up-to-date first aid certificates to ensure your safety at all times. They have been exploring Snowdonia’s mountains for over a decade and love nothing more than sharing this natural beauty with you while taking incredible pictures as a souvenir!
