Practical information
This is your ticket to a lifetime adventure! This course is conducted over a four day period and is considered the most popular entry-level course as this certification allows you to dive worldwide. It includes 5 theoretical lessons, 5 confined water sessions and 4 sea dives that gradually take you to 18 meters, acquiring the required skills to enable you to dive with a buddy or a dive professional. You will be surprised to see how easy and fun scuba diving is.
The programme can be completed according to your schedule and vacations. You can do it over three days (1st day - theoretical lessons and one dive, 2nd day - 2 dives, 3rd day - one dive), or even better for you it would be four days where you can have one dive per day, and it could help you build your confidence.
You have to be 18 years old to participate in this course.
You have to be in good physical condition and are required to bring a medical certificate to participate in any PADI courses.
Transfer is offered by Omega Diver from Chania to the dive centre upon request and availability for small groups (2-4 people). For longer distances or specific circumstances, you can arrange a transfer with Omega Diver upon a small fee (5€/person e.g.).
