Practical information

Near Brussels, in Mons, come and try your hand at a tandem parachute jump and enjoy a 45-second freefall with a video of your flight and a cameraman who will accompany you throughout the jump, from preparation on the ground, to the freefall during which he will be facing you, right up to the landing where he will land before you to film your complete landing!

Skydive Saint-Ghislain uses equipment specially designed for tandem jumps: two large parachutes (the main parachute and the reserve parachute) and a harness firmly attached to your instructor.

Course of events

- At your arrival, you will be welcomed by a friendly team who will explain the steps of your skydive
- You will then be geared up in your jumpsuit an harness
- Accompanied by your instructor you will make your way onto the plane
- You will climb up to an altitude of 4,000 meters which will take approximately 15 minutes
- Then you’ll jump! You’ll free-fall for 50 seconds at which point your instructor will open the parachute. During this skydive, another person will jump at the same time as you to capture this unique moment on video.
- Now all you have to do is sit back and enjoy the magnificent view of Saint-Ghislain from above, close to the French border
- You’ll make a soft landing on the grass of the aerodrome
