Practical information
Set off at an altitude of 1700 metres and ride your mountain bike down the famous Semnoz mountain while taking in the magnificent scenery of Annecy and the surrounding area. Experience the thrill of mountain biking down the Semnoz in the heart of the Bauges Regional Park.
Allow around 3 hours for the descent + a little preparation time and the bus ride up: a total of 4h30 of activity.
Course of the activity:
- Bus ride to the start of the descent
- Participants are kitted out and their equipment prepared
- Arrival at Crêt de Chatillon (the summit of the Semnoz), the starting point of the descent.
- Start of your 3-hour downhill mountain bike adventure
- Arrival on the shores of Lake Annecy
All participants must be 14 years old or over and must be able to ride a bike in all terrains.
The shuttle bus to the departure point only operates during the high season (July-August) and during weekends in June and September.
Outside this period, you will need to make your own way to the starting point or carpool with other participants. Don't hesitate to inform us of your means of transport once you have made your reservation and to contact the instructor once it has been confirmed.
