As the name Engadin (in Rhaeto-Romance: Valley of the Inn) points out, this valley is home to the beautiful Inn river, which provides some of the best rafting in the Alps. Rafting and kayak enthusiasts from all over the world visit Graubünden to enjoy the wide variety of white-water, from pumping class IV-V rapids to scenic floating trips.

This trip starts in Lower Engadin next to the ancient village Susch. During the first part of this section, you will enjoy the beautiful view of what the valley can offer, and your rafting guide will practice the commands and paddle technics with you. Before entering the gorge, you will take a break for some swimming, playing and there is a possibility for a cliff jump too. Then the action starts and all of a sudden from an open valley you find yourself surrounded by 100-meter cliffs from both sides with amazing rock formations. From now on big rapids follow each other for an hour until we reach our take-out point next to Ardez. When we return from the river to the rafting base; cold beer, a warm shower, and your photos will be waiting for you.
