Discover Cala del Molí on this coastal Via Ferrata, an incredible experience with an unbeatable view of the Mediterranean!

This Via Ferrata, located in Sant Feliu de Guixols (Girona), is the only Via Ferrata in Europe located at sea level. It has a length of 450 metres, and during the whole activity you will be right in front of the Mediterranean, so if you are in the area, only 30 minutes from Girona and 60 minutes away from Barcelona, you can't miss this unique opportunity to discover the Costa Brava in an active way.

This via ferrata along the Cala del Moli in Sant Feliu de Guixols has two sections. The first one is low-difficult, and consists of a flank and the passage of the prenyada. The second section is more demanding, and more aerial, as some of the paths will be up to 28 meters high, which will allow you to live a unique experience, but that needs a good physical condition. If you like the first section of the activity, but you're feeling doubtful about the second one, your expert guide will indicate a few paths where you can start your way back to the meeting point while the rest of the group finishes the circuit. However, once you have started the second section, you must finish it, as there is no other way to go, but along the steps of the via ferrata.

Don't forget that during your via ferrata experience along the Cala del Moli, you will always be accompanied by an expert guide who will keep you safe, and explain how to get through every one of the obstacles you find on your way.

Your via ferrata in Sant Feliu de Guixols will be carried out in small groups, in order to keep everyone safe, so one guide will take up to 8 participants, not more. It's ideal for families or groups of friends!

So, prepare to be amazed by the stunning views of the Mediterranean from up high as you book your via ferrata in Cala del Moli, in Sant Feliu de Guixols, today!

Neither of us had climbed this way before, but I think we caught on pretty quickly with the help of our instructor. Via ferrata is so neat since you’re able to experience some pretty spectacular views and locations without a ton of training or risk. We would absolutely do this again and will be looking for a similar experience back in the US!

Via Ferrata. I’m an experienced climber, so I wasn’t sure how much I’d enjoy the experience. I was psyched, but also knew it wasn’t going to be as intense as my climbing experiences. But I think this is a truly amazing experience. It’s like hiking meets climbing and it’s super fun. The views were spectacular. If you like climbing you can ditch the gloves and fine amazing jugs and rock holds to get you through rather than using the bars. Seriously regretted not having my TC Pros lol. Would have been super comfy and amazing. All in all I would repeat.

A family of four, we all managed the 1st section, kids too small for the second and would have been too difficult (tall ten year olds). Our guide Francesc was brilliant with them. V exciting afternoon!

The activity was really well-designed. The first half is good for getting used to via ferrata--not too difficult but still taking some work. Then, the second half is quite physically challenging. It was exciting. We enjoyed it a lot. But, this is not for anyone scared of heights or not in pretty good physical shape.
