The warm Indian Ocean is perfect for swimming and surfing with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Surfing breaks on the nearby Kwazulu-Natal South Coast are generally better suited for intermediate to advanced surfers and can often be quite dangerous for those not accustomed to strong currents. Southbroom is the perfect alternative for those looking to improve their skills or catch a wave for the very first time!

A professional and local surf instructor will guide you along the way to ensure you get the most out of your time. You will meet your instructor on the beach and can choose from either a 1 hour group session (with up to 5 people) or a private session for a more individual experience. Whichever you choose, you can count on maximum service. The team here is all about motivation and encouragement! All surf instructors are SSA approved.
