Fly across the valley of citrus on one of South Africa’s highest, longest, and fastest zip lines.
Fly across the valley of citrus on one of South Africa’s highest, longest, and fastest zip lines.
At 70 meters above Sundays River, 500-meter long twin cables stretch from a tower and descend across breathtaking views over Addo’s valley of the citrus. On these zip lines you can expect to reach an average speed of 60 km/h, some even exceeding 80 km/h. As they like to say here: Just let go!
The adventure kicks off with a short 10-minute hike through Addo’s indigenous bush until you reach the departure tower. A local professional will explain all you need to know and will make sure you are completely safe. These zip lines boast an automatic braking system developed and imported from the US that enables riders to have a smooth yet exhilarating stop. Once you reach the tower it’s time to get into position, get ready, and just let go! The hands-free zip line is the closest you will ever feel to flying. Be sure to enjoy the stunning landscape around you and get ready to want to do it all over again!
