At Praia International, 15 minutes from the centre of Porto, you will find the Flower Power Surf School whose instructors will teach you how to surf and will adapt to your level, thanks to small groups of up to 8 people. These surf lessons in Porto consist of a theoretical part on the beach for 15 minutes and the rest practical in the ocean with the help of your instructors. At the end of the surf lesson, you can enjoy a shower to regain your strength.
