You will swim, slide down natural water slides, jump, rappel, and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the plant-covered rocks and natural pools. Vertical Dream is here to support you the entire way. The team will provide all necessary equipment and a guide will safely lead you along the Alvao Natural Park throughout the adventure. No previous experience is required, just a desire to have a fun day and be active!

Alvao Natural Park covers 70 square kilometers and is home to incredibly diverse species of flora and fauna. Canyoning is a special way to appreciate the park’s waterfalls and natural beauty. Vertical Dream will lead you to canyons where you can jump from up to 5 meters high into crystal clear waters. The team will show you the basic techniques of this sport so you can have fun and be as safe as possible!

Activity requirements

All participants must be able to swim.
Minors must have authorization from their parents.

If you suffer from vertigo (not fear of heights), canyoning is not necessarily recommended.

Good physical condition is essential for canyoning. The minimum requirement is to be able to walk easily for 2 hours on difficult terrain, and to have stable feet.

You must wear one pair of sports shoes (without flat soles) for the canyoning activity. Shoes will get wet, so don't forget to take a second pair of shoes to change into after the activity.

Vertical Dream will need weight and height of each participant prior to activity.
