- Arrive at Barragem da Apartadura in the Serra de Sao Mamede Natural Park and meet your guide
- Equip yourself with your kayak, paddles, life jacket, and whatever else you might personally need
- Tour around the Apartadura Dam
- In the middle of the activity, you can choose to exchange your kayak for a SUP paddle and board and continue.
- Return to the meeting point and return of all the equipment
