SUP is one of the most relaxing and fastest growing sports in seaside locations. The relaxing nature of this sport and the fact that it allows you to reach areas that are difficult to access make it perfect for a day spent exploring the beautiful beaches of the Algarve in Benagil.

SUP is a variant of surfing where you use a paddle to help you glide over the ocean, it is a mix between relaxation and exploration. The Algarve region in southern Portugal is a great playground for this activity. The region offers ideal conditions for stand up paddleboarding: great beaches, good weather and a vast coastline to explore.

As you paddle along the enchanting Benagil beach during your SUP excursion, you will be guided to the Benagil Caves, considered by many to be the staple of the area. The Benagil Caves are a wonder of nature! The Benagil Caves are a series of whimsical rock formations 10 km from Armação de Pêra. There you will find a secluded cove that will take your breath away. The beauty of the place is hard to explain in words, but you won't believe your eyes!

If you want to enjoy this incredible area even more, you should join the tour at sunset: the orange sun rays falling on the blue waters of the ocean will give the walls an incredible tone! Not to be missed.

Nous avons pu découvrir d'autres grottes avant de terminer dans la grotte de Benagil et prendre des photos. Le SUP est une façon fun de s'y rendre et permet de découvrir l'endroit de façon ludique.
