The Albufeira Surf & SUP school is located at Praia da Galé, just 15 minutes from Albufeira. There your instructor will challenge you to teach you the basics of surfing in 2 hours. A perfect surfing course for those who have never surfed before or who have an intermediate level. The class has a more theoretical part on the sand, where you will learn how to paddle, catch the waves and get on the board, and a more practical part in the water, time to demonstrate everything you have learnt and ride the waves of Albufeira.

Perfect surf lesson for beginners or intermediate surfers.

Course of events

- Meeting with the instructors in Praia do Castelo.

- Distribution of the surfing equipment and time to put on the wetsuit.

- Walk to the beach, briefing of the activity and a short theoretical introduction to the basics of surfing.

- Practical surfing lesson in the water.

- Return to the surf school.

The instructor were very professional, he spoke a perfect English and explained us everything to know for the first surf experience . Unfortunately we were 30 people divided in two groups in the same spot , so it was very hard to practice in the water. I suggest to create smaller groups in different times of the day.
